STALASTIC cones consist of conical inner and outer metal shells. The conical outer shell is designed with an oval or rectangular flange for mounting purposes. To limit the deformation under tension and compression, stop washers are fitted. Under extremely high loads these also act as retention devices preventing the cone coming apart.
